Mauritania Prehistoric Hand-Axe

Mauritania Prehistoric Hand-Axe

A rough, flaked, three pointed hand-axe, or chopper, with a light green patina to one side and red patina to the other. The rounded back could be a right handed grip rather than a left grip area. It is not certain if it was used as a tool because the fractures of the current edges seem to be still sharp.
